QUALIFICATION: Engineering (preferably Industrial / Production / Mechanical) or Management (preferably Operations / Analytics) graduates or post-graduates.
SKILLS: • Experience in training, coaching & consultancy services in the areas of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six-Sigma, TQM, TPM, and Analytics.
• Proficient in program, project management, and process optimization using industry standard methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and/or TQM. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, and/or transform business operations. • Exceptional client-facing delivery experience with effective verbal and written communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: Common Requesrements for Experienced Professionals as well as Freshers (Engineering / Management Post Graduates without experience can also apply for entry level positions) • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Fluency in English. • Excellent presentation skills. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Skills in Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Techniques using Excel / Minitab. • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and time frames. • Passion for building strong client relationships. • And most importantly, strong desire to be constantly learning and evolving in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning, designing, and delivering training, coaching & consultancy services in the areas of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six-Sigma, Total • Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Analytics. • Working with clients from various industries to provide customized solutions that streamline client operations, improve their business processes and bring breakthrough results. • Onsite and offsite facilitation of consulting projects. • Developing and delivering trainings - onsite and online. • Monitoring and managing consulting projects. • Monitoring client satisfaction and improvement quality of solutions. • Supporting new business development and expansion plans.
